Is DSR Media licensed to operate drones for commercial purposes?

Yes, DSR Media is fully licensed to operate drones for commercial purposes. We hold both a flyer ID and an operator ID, allowing us to fly our drones for commercial photography and videography almost anywhere, with the exception of restricted areas like airports.

What do you mean by "Edited Photos"?

Photo editing is the process of modifying or enhancing digital images using different techniques, tools, and software. It can involve various tasks such as adjusting brightness, contrast, saturation, and sharpness, cropping or resizing photos, removing unwanted elements, and adding special effects. The goal of photo editing is to improve the overall quality of the photo, correct any issues, and ensure it aligns with the intended purpose or aesthetic.
What if I don't like any of the photos & videos?

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction, so we have a robust refund policy in place for instances where our work may not meet your expectations. Before the watermark-free photos / videos are delivered, you'll be provided with watermarked versions to review. If you're not satisfied, you can request a refund at this stage and receive 30% of the total cost back to your original payment method. We cannot accept refund requests after the watermark-free images / videos are delivered.
Do you limit photos & videos taken on the day?

Absolutely not. We capture as many photos and videos as possible within your chosen timeframe to ensure a wide variety of content. The only limitation is on the number of these files that we edit and deliver to you, which is determined by the package you select. This approach guarantees a broad spectrum of material for your selection and ensures you receive the most valuable and high-quality content.
